following individuals are here to serve you! We
endeavor to work as a team to solve our customers
needs and help them to complete their projects professionally,
profitably and safely, while complying with environmental
and health regulations.

Bob
Freeman: He claims to be
CEO and head janitor. (He cleans up the
messes) Bob IS Mr. Sandman! He started the
business by accident in 1972, when he wanted
to get the eaves of his house sandblasted,
and could not find anyone to do it. By the
time he had it done he had learned enough
to do work for others. The rest is history.
Bob grew up as a mechanic and has worked
in sales, as a cook, baker, teacher , lecturer
and inventor. His passion is classic sports
cars. including an XKE Jaguar and a Shelby
Cobra (replica). |

Pattie
Sullivan: Pattie has been
with MSI for 25 years. She has a MBA from
Chaminade College. She is VP and office
manager, currently overseeing accounting,
payroll, and purchasing . She handles most
of the government sales and some of the
technical issues.
Pattie is also talented as an organist at
a local church.

Katrina
Paras:
Katrina wears many hats at MSI. Although
her title is Operations Manager, she handles
most of the incoming phone calls, daily
invoicing, mail routing, delivery scheduling,
Purchasing, rental reservations and other
administrative functions. We miss her when
she takes a day off. |

|
Kim
Asato :
Kim is our part time administrative assistant.
She assist with all clerical functions,
receiving and out bound orders. |
|
|
|
Mario
Rincon:
Mario started in 19__. He is chief mechanic
and shop manager. Mario has had his own
Trucking and repair businesses in California
before coming to Hawaii. His work is never
done, with over 50 pieces of diesel and
gasoline powered equipment in our rental
fleet
|
|
|
|
|
|
Pat
Figueroa: has been with
MSI since 2002. He is our warehouse manager
and CDL truck driver. He unloads containers,
stocks and maintains the abrasive and equipment
warehouses and handles rental equipment
and supply deliveries. Pat has a green thumb,
and maintains the plants in the office.

|
Felipe
Crisologo:
Felipe was hired as our janitor in 2003.
He is now our director of nozzles (sandblaster).
He assists Mario with equipment maintenance,
Assists Pat unloading containers and assists
customers with loading and unloading their
trucks. Filippe is always smiling and willing
to do just about anything to help our customers
and other staff members. |
